We're not a venture capital firm or angel investor.  We don't advise start-ups or early stage companies.  Our clients are mature, profitable, real economy businesses seeking to raise $2m-$10m in working capital or trade finance.  Please check you meet the following funding criteria before discussing your funding requirements:

- Min $10m p.a. turnover for at least the past 3 years

- Consistent, healthy EBITDA for at least the past 3 years (amount TBD on                case-by-case basis)

- Identifiable revenues from use of assets

- Strong internal governance/ KPIs

- Strong management with proven track record in the industry

- Established suppliers/customers

- Audited accounts for at least the past 3 years

- Stable, real economy activities

- No vice industries

If you're an investor:

PPNs generate an income by participating in the profits of long-term, stable, high quality businesses.  Income yield is directly related to the underlying business activity and ring-fenced assets.

PPNs typically have maturities of 1-3 years and yields up to mid-teens depending on risk profile of underlying assets.

We are an advisor to companies seeking to raise PPNs. We do not market securities to investors. We work with placement agents and arrangers in relevant jurisdictions. PPNs are suitable for professional or qualified investors and subject to a minimum ticket size of $20,000 per investor.

Although PPNs are typically listed on a regulated international exchange, there is no guarantee that the secondary market for these securities is liquid and active.
